Warm Winter Wishes

Good evening! Here is my Chilly Tilda all ready for Christmas!
I just love these colors~all dp is from the Basic Grey Wassail 6x6 pad. It's wonderful!
My card base is Always Artichoke, then a layer of Cranberry Crisp. The scalloped circle is also Cranberry Crisp. After that is a circle of Pink Priohette. The circle that Tilda is on is from the BG pad, as is the red strip and the sentiment oval. The circle and strip are cuttlebugged with the snowflake folder, then shaded with Mellow Moss and Bravo Burgundy, respectively. I ahd also stamped the snowflake circle with snowflakes in Mellow Moss. You may be able to see that if you click on the photo to enlarge.
The ribbon is from my stash and I used it because it had these colors. I put white gel dots around the scalloped circle, but since I had sponged it with burgundy they turned pink! The holly leaves are also made by Magnolia, they are called Thistle leaves and are in Diana's US store: http://www.magnoliastamps.us/index.php
I stamped them on dp from the pad and then colored with my copic markers to add shading. The "berries" are white pearls that I colored with a copic marker! Neat, huh?
I'm sure you can tell I added stickles to Tilda and to the snow behind her ( I may add more later!)
Finally, here are the colors I used to color Tilda:
Face: E00. E02, R20 for cheeks
Greens (including leaves): BG93, YG63, G99
Browns (hair and boots): E33, E35
Pinks,: R20, RV21, and R59
I used the colorless blender quite a bit to remove color from her green outfit.
And, now, my husband wants the computer I'm working on. I have treat bags to get ready for tomorrow anyway!
Thanks for stopping by! Would love to "hear" what you think!
Hope you've had a good day!
Cheryl
