Happy birthday, Gloria!

Good morning! I made this card for my sister, the oldest "child" in our family. She's 60 today!

Before I go further I must admit that this is a total CASE from a card I knew I had to make as soon as I saw it. Credit where credit is due! Kim's card is actually much better than mine and here it is:

My sister collects owls so I think she'll like this little guy! She is very special to us because after we lost our mom almost 4 years ago :( she moved in with and took care of my dad until he passed in July of '08. She had just retired and gave up her apartment to do this. We can never repay her for the blessings she gave in keeping my dad at home, his greatest desire. Gloria has 5 brothers and sisters (me included!) who love her very much!
