A close up of the quilt. The hearts are R24, R27 and R29. The quilt was colored in solid with R22 and then I used a little orange (don't remember which one~maybe YR16) and blended with the R22. I think you can tell how the orange is laid into the corners of the blocks.
You know I like making simple A2 cards, so I just tied some white satin around my image and added the layers mentioned above.
The image has lots of possibilities! Can't you just see it in red, white and blue! Or in spring colors? There are also so many places for you to add sparkle!

Thank you so much for all the lovely comments on my card posted Tuesday! I still have not heard from CRICKET on the card and stamp so I may be choosing another reader soon!
Stay tuned!
Thanks much! Cheryl

Very pretty. Reminds me of the many quilts my grandmother's and I have made. Edna
this looks so effective.xx
Hi Cheryl, Your card is beautiful. Your wonderful colouring makes those quilt squares appear to have a bit of a puff just like a real quilt does. Hope you have a fabulous Friday, Nancy
Lovely card! And such beautiful colors! Love it all!
I stopped by earlier in the week and saw this...thought I left a fab comment, but I guess I didn't! This is FAB!!! What a great stamp! Love your card!
This is soooo pretty! Love the design!
What a gorgeous quilt creation. I love to see quilt patterns in paper art. My mom was a quilter and I many times helped her with the design element. She did all the sewing though as I was a nervous Nellie when it came to sewing.
