Snow date!

Hi stamping friends! We are really going to get some winter weather today, tomorrow and Friday! What better way to deal with it than the fun part-making snowmen! Here is a snow couple out on a snow date! This is a Whipper Snapper image that I colored with my copics. Snowmen color so quickly, don't they? I'm not sure what the stuff is coming out of their sleigh. I was indecisive so I colored it yellow like straw. Then I looked at the WSD site and it is colored green (leaves?) so I colored over it! Shouldn't have done that as I got this muddy color! Oh well, I think the snowfolk are the best part of the image anyway so what's a little mistake!
The dp is Cosmo Cricket (plaid) and the polka dot is unknown to me (from my stash). The buttons on the top left were added to color a brown splotch that suddenly appeared on my image circle! They're not always mistakes, they can be opportunities!
Thank you very much for coming by today! Have a wonderful Wednesday! We have Dave's Kiwanis Christmas party tonight. Isn't it terrible that I'd rather stay at home!?

Cute card. Mistakes are just opportunities to be creative! I know what you mean about staying home. Be careful tonight...it's going to be nasty!

What a great happy card! I just love snowmen (and snowwomen, lol).

My freinds and I always say "there are no mistakes in stamping or scrapping, just opportunities for embelishing". Looks like we're on the same page. Have a great day!

Don't you know there are no mistakes in stamping Cheryl? that can be hay in the wagon! This is just so cute - and wonderful coloring - we're getting rain but I wish it was snow!

Great card!

I hope that all is well with you there - we had a horrible blizzard here in WI with mega snow and now the cold and winds. Nothing is moving and no one is going any where.

I love your blog!

Even your cards with "mistakes" look beautiful. Another gorgeous card, Cheryl. I am with you, I love Christmas but am not a party girl.

This is absolutely adorable. Tee hee, I love your honesty about the brown splotch and no its not terrible that you would prefer to stay home. I get like that sometimes, too. Getting me out of the house is the hard part. Once I'm there, I have fun!!! Love your card.
