Christmas All Year Long-blog hop!

Welcome to the 25th of March! I don't know if you'll agree, but I think March is flying by! the Magnolia-licious Yahoo group is having our third blog hop! Since mentioned that March 25 has sort of snuck (sneaked?) up on me, you'll understand that this was another card put together in a hurry! I made it easier by stamping the packages on cosmo dp and just shading a bit and coloring the yarn! Tilda got the usually treatment-creamy skin, glowing hair and an outfit to match the paper! I added stitching again because it makes a nice detail without adding thickness, then the know bow in the corner and DONE!

Thanks for coming by today and making me feel so special with your visits and comments! I appreciate it so much!
And now you can hop on, if you'd like ,to Deb's Blog Playing with Color
And here is the blog where it all started:
Christmas all Year Long with Magnolia-licious. I'm sorry, but I've forgotten what time to post so you may want to check the Mag blog above for the other participants.

Have a great Thursday!

Hi Cheryl, the earth tones in this card are beautiful together. Alot of the cards I make are done in a simple format like this one.I mail alot of the cards and my family and friends love them. I think the Tilda image also stands out more when the format is simpler. Beautiful work as always. Your work is new to me as of Jan, of this year, love your work. Blessings to you, Rea

Cheryl, thanks for the tip on the paper piecing the present. Never thought of that, but for sure I'll use that as I am always scrambling to finish a card in time. Yeah, deadlines seems to creep up on me on a regular basis.
Another fabulous card. Your colouring never cease to amaze mee. Your stiches are so perfectly straight!! Love the card.
