Hello! Sympathy cards are really challenging for me. I usually end up buying them, but it seems like I've needed a lot of them lately. I got my inspiration from the
Featured Stamper on Splitcoast this week. The sentiment is from a Clear set over at Sweet 'n Sassy stamps, called
Springtime Tulips. It's very popular right now to stamp your sentiment on a nestability shape and use it as your focal point. I think the monochromatic flowers accentuate the sentiment very nicely. And, yes, that is the same Sizzix embossing folder that I used in the last post. I've been running them through my Grand Calibur and, WOW, does it ever make a deep impression! My flowers and leaves are various punches from River Rock with the leaves sponged with a bit of Certainly Celery.

This is a very lovely sympathy card. I'm the same way, they are very hard for me to make. I think I've only ever managed to make 1 in the 4 years I've been stamping.
Again a beautiful card! I like the embossed background and recognized it from last post! It looks very good. It makes a good sympathy card!

I love this card. It is a fabulous sympanthy card. I want to know the name of the embossing folder or brand. It is beautiful and I can see so many uses for it.
