Bearly Winter! Hope you like my titles! I am so challenged when I go to write them!! We have only had winter weather since AFTER Christmas and I'm so over it already!! But, this card (and all winter cards) are fun to make!
Here's the scoop on why I made this card!

Now to a bit about my card, in case you're interested. I used a Pink Pirouette card base, then a layer of navy. The frame layer is PTI's card stock with a glimmer to it. The bear is stamped on xpress it blending card and colored with copics. YOu're not surprised at that, are you?
I used pool party and baja breeze with a stencil brush to give the snow and sky color around my bear. Bordering blue and an old SU snowflake stamp is how I did the sparkly snowflakes around him.
My bear is colored in E42, E33, 35 and then some darker E ( I don't remember!)
The pinks are once again R81, 83 and 85. The blues are B23,45,26 and 37.
The swirl die is from Cheery Lynn designs (fanciful flourish). I cut the leaves off and placed punched snowflakes on top and around the. It's the swirls that remind me of the winter winds! I didn't add stickles to the snowflakes (are you shocked?) because they are also punched from shimmer paper. I thought the pink gems were a nice touch to the centers! The frame is raised on dimensionals, as you can probably see.
I'm going to also enter this is the
Pretty Palette color challenge for the week-Navy, pink and white! They are so great together!!
