Thank you to all of you! Mwah! Here's Tilda with Amaryllis from the Merry Christmas 2010 collection. Of course mine came from Magnolia-licious and it is in stock NOW! She is great for so many occasions! This could even be a Valentine (if I could hang on to it that long!)
Here she is in close up. I used new SU colors

R39 and R59, E42 for the tans and R11, R20 and just a touch of R21. The greens are YG13 and YG17 . She was really very easy to color and with the vintage outfit and flowers she is really great!
And, finally here is the view we have of the Cassadaga Lakes (there are 3) from our backyard. The fall colors are my favorites when matched with a beautiful blue sky and water! I snapped this yesterday when we was just about finished with the fall work out there! Taking care of furniture and plants-check!
A (wonderful) reader asked about the Snoopy and car stamp I used the other day. Here is where mine came from-RKSTAMPS in Ohio.
They have great prices on stamps and fast shipping. It says something about their website being worked on but you can email your order. P.S. The snoopy in the airplane is great, too, as are many of the others!
As far as the paper bag album. Here is some info in a nutshell because I just haven't had the chance to take any picks. My bags are from Sam's club in a huge package 200 or so.
I take two or three of the bags depending on how many pages you want. DO not open the bags. Lay one sideways on the table with the bottom of the bag up and opening to the right. Lay the next bag the opposite way (bottom to the right and top open to the left. (If you use a third bag lay it the opposite way again, like the first) Then carefully fold the bags in half and paperclip together. Use a pencil to mark the left edge where you want to punch your holes. I mark the center and then one inch from each edge. then evenly space between to make a total of 5 or seven holes. Place ties of fabric or ribbon through the holes, remove the paper clips and your album is ready to start creating! You'll see what I mean by the bottom of the bags making a pocket. All you have to do is glue the edges down or punch small holes and place a small brad at each corner.
Tomorrow is a BIG day because the Magnolia-licious design team is cooking up a terrific blog hop! We're each making a project that somehow involves a recipe!
Hope you can check it out-we'd be so grateful to have you along! It's Monday, October 18 starting at 4 AM Eastern time (US)!
Until then, Have a wonderful day today!
Cheryl

Hi Cheryl, your beautiful work is always so inspiring to me. Your colors are fabulous and your coloring is stunning. This card is absolutely gorgeous. I love seeing the pictures of NY you shared too! The three small children we cared for from Oct 2008 to Feb 2010 are living in Watertown. I know it must look just like that where they are and it makes me feel closer. Thanks for posting your lovely pictures.

Barb

So envious of your view !!! Thanks for mentioning the whereabouts of your capture of Snoopy. I draw him free-hand but mostly on top of his house or dancing. My hats off to you on your teaching. I went several years in college for deaf ed and helped alot with the handicap, so I tip my hat off to you. Thanks again for the info and all the great ideas on your creative side. Hi Cheryl, what a pretty card. I like how you are using doilies in them, I have some that I'm going to have to try using. Thanks for the idea. Beautiful picture, Fall is my favourite season I think because of the rich colours everywhere you look. Nancy

Cute job, I like her vest in this image. It's just my preference, but I don't like the dots in her nose area that they have in some of the Christmas 10' images. (I know you don't have anything to do with it. Just sharing my view.) Rea
