I'm going to do a few of these for April Birthday cards so they will arrive ON TIME! A nice change from my usual late cards!It's made from PTI's set Dahlias. The dp is also PTI. I used the old script SU background in vintage cream ink. I wish I'd had time for real sewing, but I settled for Faux stitches with my black pen. ETA: copics used: RV04, RV17, RV19 YG21, YG93 and YG95
